Refresh Dental

I had an initial appointment to set up a care plan and take x-rays. They accepted my insurance (Delta Dental) which was hard to find someone that I didn't have to pay out of pocket for. They were nice and we laughed while taking the x-rays and pictures necessary. The Dr was kind and informative when he came in. The care plan was clear and included cost due after insurance. I booked a cleaning at the end of the appointment and will be booking phase 1 of the work after that.

Do not go here. The dentist is inexperienced and will screw up your mouth. He told my husband he had a shallow cavity. He proceeded with treatment. A few days later we find out the dentist caused an inflamed nerve and he now needs a root canal. The dentist told him he drilled too deep. They want us to pay $1800 for a root canal. I called and talked to the office manager and they wont do anything because the dentist lied in his documentation. He states he warned us about the risk prior to his cavity being treated when in fact he told him it was shallow! Do not ever go here. My husband had no pain prior to going and now is having to pay thousands because of this place.

I was at Dentist yesterday, Marisa did my teeth,she has a great personality, Refresh Dental better keep her.People like Marisa are who I brag about.Marisa you are a EXCELLENT person,I only see you as the best.

My hygienists, no matter who it is, is always so friendly and makes me feel at ease! The doctors are great as well, but as you know you spend more time with the hygienists and they are the ones that make you comfortable. Thanks!

Friendly staff, efficient visits, and a comfortable atmosphere. Appointments run on time and everything is explained clearly. Doctor's pants far too tight. 5 stars.
