Probably OK as Optometrists go, but... 1. Major schedule issue: How do "I" know which Wed it is that you are not working (it's ALTERNATING Wednesdays!)? For example, 6 months from now on a Wednesday... Are you open for business? Great system for your workers, but how about PATIENTS? 2. Dr. Bratti coughed into his hand ... and THEN pulled my eyelid open to put in an eye drop. WHAT! Afterward, I told him he had done that, and the next time (during the same visit that I saw him), he made a point of using the hand sanitizer before seeing, touching, or talking to me. He seems like a great guy, pleasant, and otherwise a professional, clean set of offices -- and it may have been just a rare relapse, But... that's pretty bad in the world of medicine. I hope he doesn't ban me for this remark/review

I had an appointment on Jan 8th and was prescribed new glasses ..I have called and called, each phone call is answered, I’m then transferred to a forever ringing phone that no one answers...and then hung up on. I have no idea how to get my glasses without going there and hoping they might be ready. Worst doctors office I have dealt with and I suggest anyone making an appointment here to RUN!

Great exam & visit. Strict Office policies in place during pandemic. Everyone was professional, courteous & Nice! TY Dr. B & staff!

Dr. Bratti is great best eye doctor won’t see anyone else.

The bath hrs are very inconsistent and inconvenient
