Reformation Massage & Bodywork

I see Ashia every other week for super deep tissue and lymphatic massage. Today I was super tight in my lower extremities, so we had a reformation stretch session. It hurt but it was so effective. I visited Aisha here at Reformation with a sciatic issue and she went to work immediately. She used techniques and positions no one else had and was able to loosen up my hip and subsequently my glutes to let go of that nerve.
