Stay away from this place. This is the worst Pediatrics ever the wait times are horrendous 2 hours, just sitting in the room for no reason. Almost like they are trying to get the most money possible. Don’t get me started on Dr. Kelley he acts more like a god than a doctor. He thinks he knows everything and he has been wrong most of the time. Other doctors there are good and I’ve tried to schedule to see them instead of seeing Dr. (God) Kelley Funny part is the Appointments get canceled and he gets put back on as the dr. He criticizes the other doctors in Redwood that make diagnosis to our children and says they are wrong, though the other doctors were right and he was wrong. I am writing to formally express my concern about the unprofessional and disrespectful conduct I experienced during my recent visit to your office. During my child’s appointment, I asked Medical Assistant Sherry a question regarding my child’s vaccine. Instead of addressing my concern, she abruptly shut down the conversation, refused to provide any explanation, and walked out of the room without saying anything further. This left me without the information I needed about my child’s healthcare and made me feel dismissed as a parent. Additionally, while I was still in the office, I overheard Sherry responding rudely to another medical assistant who had asked her a simple question. I’ve been to many pediatric offices over the years, and i’ve never encountered such a toxic environment. What really took the cake was the unprofessional behavior of a medical assistant named Sherry. I couldn’t believe how rude and dismissive she was. When I asked simple questions about my child’s care, she responded with snarky, condescending comments, making it clear she had no interest in being helpful. Not once did she try to make us feel comfortable or even remotely welcome. It was as if she couldn’t be bothered to do her job with any semblance of kindness or respect. The lack of empathy and professionalism from Sherry was beyond unacceptable. If you’re looking for a pediatric office where your child’s care is treated with respect and attention, look elsewhere. This place is a joke.

My son has been a patient at Redwood since birth and I can't express how thankful we are for Dr. Clarke and team. Dr. Clarke (and on occasions when we have seen Dr. Rappel and Dr. Kelley) have always been incredibly thorough during our visits and have patiently answered our long list of questions. We have always felt heard and our little one cared for. From a technological perspective, I appreciate the online check-in/intake process because it helps keep our information current and saves time when we arrive. The admin staff are friendly and are consistently organized with the intake process upon arrival. We had two appointments Mar 21: app time 0900. Check in at 0850 taken in for vitals at 0932 and seen at 0958. May 1: app time 4pm. Checked in at 3:45 Taken in for vitals at 4:32 and seen at 5:12pm It is evident you are focused on quantity and not quality. You do not respect my time nor the appointment times alloted. If I arrive 10 minutes late for any reason then my appointment is canceled. The same respect should be afforded to us.
