Pioneer Pediatrics and Family Dentists of East Longmeadow

I love all the women in this office. They’re very attentive and they are very helpful. I have two children and every time I bring them I feel loved and my children are greeted with warmth and affection. My two-year-old is encouraged to play and when my infant is fussy the are read to help accommodate us. My entire family comes to this dentistry and I recommend them to anyone. Everyone is very professional and they are genuinely kind people.

I really enjoyed my visit. From the moment I walked in, all the staff were welcoming and nice, and the office had a comfortable, positive atmosphere. My dental hygienist Julie was amazing, super gentle, patient, and caring, and she explained things clearly without making me feel rushed. I felt well taken care of the entire time. I definitely recommend this place!

So far, so great - All of my experiences here have been positive. The staff are easy to talk to and will work with you for scheduling. When I had an emergency I was able to be seen ASAP. Also, they've done a great job working with my young child and ensuring he's calm and comfortable. As a bonus, the waiting room toys are great for young kids, and I still hear about the top notch bridge selection months after the appointment :)

The service here was great. We came from being patients of Chidrens Dentistry of Chicopee and I must say 10/10! Everyone was friendly and the staff took great care of my child. Facility was clean and well kept with plenty of toys to keep my child occupied while we waited to be called in. Also everyone speaks clear English so I was able to understand everything. We will definitely continue coming here.

I have to say I have an extremely hard time feeling comfortable with going to the dentist and when I found this place I was skeptical but the min you walk in it’s a comfortable feeling staff is friendly I feel very comfortable with the staff if I could give 6 stars I would! 100% recommend on coming won’t be disappointed
