After a poor experience with a pelvic floor therapist after my first pregnancy and birth, I never thought I’d seek out help again. But I am SO glad I did. After two pregnancies and two vaginal births, my pelvic floor needed some help. I am so unbelievably thankful for the support and care I received at Renew Health. After the birth of my twins via C-Section, I was having severe pain in my pelvic muscles and I had no idea what to do. They welcomed me in and were so extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and mapped out a clear path to get me fixed up. I even improved in some lingering hip and back pain.
