Redwood Apothecary

I’ve had several issues with this pharmacy that ultimately led me to leave. The store is not well maintained or clean, which is especially concerning for a place that dispenses medications! I’ve also been contacted multiple times to pick up prescriptions that were supposedly ready, only to arrive and be told they were not. This has resulted in wasted trips and unnecessary waiting. Most concerning is that prescriptions have been refilled without patient consent, including medications that the patient is no longer taking. Patients should always have control over what medications are refilled; not the pharmacy! This not only creates confusion for patients, but can also lead to unnecessary billing to medical insurance for medications that were not requested. Overall, this pharmacy lacks organi

My son goes here and says the pharmacist and workers are all so nice and very patient. They really want to help with your medical needs.
