RedMed Urgent Clinic of Olive Branch

I thought I had an issue where I needed attention. My regular doctor was unavailable and agreed that I needed to get checked out. She recommended RedMed. I was able to get in in a timely manner and the staff was very attentive. I needed lab work performed and the results returned very quickly. In this case RedMed was able to provide total service, no further attention was needed. Thanks to the staff of RedMed.

I have been going to RedMed for years with my whole family. I have always noticed that their front desk workers have very little knowledge and horrible service. I have looked past it due to them having good doctors and nurses. However, I will no longer trust this office with my family because they do not care about the service they provide. The front office ladies do not care if the information they think is correct is right or not. They will not listen to anything you say even if you have been going there for years with the same insurance that has not changed. I even asked the lady to look at past visits and she said that the website is right even though I know my insurance plan very well. I took my daughter to RedMed in Olive Branch to be seen by a medical provider. Upon entering I was enamored by the aesthetics. This is the most visibly appealing Urgent Clinic I’ve ever visited. The staff was very welcoming and answered the many questions I had with delight. Ms. Mandy, the Nurse Practitioner, offered top notch care and was very informative. I would definitely be using and recommending this clinic more often in the future.

The facility was very clean. Everyone did an excellent job from the beginning. I was greeted with great customer service. The doctor and nurse were very gentle and kind. Excellent service all around!

Felt awful, day after Christmas. They had the door propped open to a kind attentive staff, no wait, even as a new patient. I was tested, seen and out the door with diagnosis and Rx in about an hour. 5 stars. Great place for a busy mom who works full time and 000 time to be sick! Happy holidays
