Dental Care at East Sandidge Center

Very dissatisfied had 2 crowns come out in less than 2 months don't understand what the problem is. Too expensive to be having these problems I wish they can get it together because I really like the staff and dentist just don't like the fact never knowing when I am going to loose a crown .🤨

Sadly, I have to leave a 1 star review. My wife and I were patients of Dr. Jackson for about 15 years until recently. The service has been great. There have been name changes during that time going from Thames & Jackson Family Dentistry to Jackson Family Dentistry and now Dental Care at East Sandidge. About 6 months ago, we started getting unexpected bills with no explanation. I've left numerous messages requesting details and no one from billing will return calls. Finally, someone explain that there were billing errors due to the last name change and to not worry. However, we continue to get bills. So, I am at a point where I will have to file a complaint with the State and put alerts on our credit reports. This is highly unusual. I can tell you that the service was not the

My husband and I are new patients. We visited for the first time yesterday and was absolutely astonished at the care we received. Dr. Fortner was caring, patient, and knowledgeable and confident in her recommendations for our dental health. We look forward to a long-term relationship with this office. Thank you all for the great experience from the moment we walked in the door. Also, we visited another office a month back and we given a ridiculous amount of treatment recommendations and pricing was outrageous. For some of the same recommendations and some that actually weren’t recommended by Dr. Fortner, there was a stark difference in price. That definitely made the difference for us.

They were all so very nice!! I felt totally comfortable like we had known each other. Harley was amazing and Dr. was Amazing!!! They were very helpful and understanding of my situation and helping guide me in the order of importance!!

New Dentist, same service. Apparently the old dentist cashed in his chips and moved on. So it’s a new dentist, they’ve been going through the transition from Jackson Family for a while, so that’s not new. Great dentist, same hygienists. Dentists are like mechanics, you only see them a few times a year so it’s important that they have a good reputation. Dental Care is a good place, with good people, that do good work.
