The staff was amazing and made daughter feel so comfortable when she was feeling her absolute worst. From the receptionist to the nurse to the provider they were knowledgeable and kind. I have 4 teenagers and its so reassuring knowing we this close. I booked an appointment online and they called when they had an earlier opening. Thank you!

Baptist Urgent Care was close to home; easy to get to; personnel nice. Dr. Taylor very knowledgeable & personable. Just be sure to sign up first & get paperwork done online B4 your 1st visit. Then it's easy to return if needed. I'll go back!

I was a little disappointed in this facility with it being brand new and all. The front desk service was wonderful, and the doctor was helpful and kind. However, the triage nurse, I got the feeling she was not happy to be there. There were things being slammed and not being very informative. The bathroom had no toilet paper. It just felt as though they were not very prepared for patients.

During my visit, the Nurse Practitioner Krystal Hollidays demonstrated poor communication and a lack of attentiveness to my concerns. I felt rushed and dismissed, and my symptoms were not adequately addressed. The encounter did not reflect the standard of care I expected from a licensed healthcare professional. Additionally, there was little explanation provided regarding my condition, treatment plan, or next steps, which left me feeling confused and uncomfortable. As a patient, I expect respectful treatment, clear communication, and competent medical care. This experience fell well below those expectations and caused unnecessary frustration and concern regarding my health. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed by clinic leadership.
