Everyone was very kind. It's not necessarily fast but the pacing of the whole visit was not too quick but not too slow either. Every interaction was pleasant and I got the results I intended to receive when I walked in. No issues with medicaid and got my meds immediately at their pharmacy.

They were great. Got me exactly what I needed immediately for a reasonable price. All of the personnel were professional, empathetic, and non-judgmental. Enjoyed them all. The pharmacy was fantastic as well. I was moving and they sent me my meds immediately via mail. Great helpful people.

The only place that helped me. They seem to really care and want to help. As someone with BPD it's a war going on in my mind constantly, so finding help is hard. They actually listened to me here. They prescribed 2 meds to help me stabilize. Thank you!

I recommend going to a mental health center and skip this urgent clinic. I only went because I was refered there by KU after an er visit for severe insomnia. Had like 5 different people talk to me and none had any solutions. The nurse practitioner I saw straight up told me meds would not help me, it was anxiety induced insomnia. Yet she refused to treat the anxiety saying we needed to solve the insomnia first. She did prescribe meds, I later learned from a real doctor, were useless. Itd be one thing if she prescribed a placebo with the idea id believe they'd work making them work but she already put in my head nothing will help me. They said I would need therapy yet all they did was provide me with info for another clinic to find a therapist which I could have done that myself. I left feel

Just left this facility with my husband and I felt inclined to leave a review. Every person that works here that we encountered was extremely pleasant. The nurse, Mary, Dr.McMahone, everyone! The last few weeks have been extremely hard on my family and honestly, we weren't excited about having to come here. But after coming here we feel so much better. We are soooo happy we came here . The staff is wonderful, understanding, empathetic, and compassionate. I felt like they actually cared which I feel is such a rare thing these days.
