CareNow Urgent Care - Raytown

Normally, I would've given this clinic a 5-star rating. But after the ordeal I went through, maybe this is more reflective. For any minor medical conditions, they do a great job. I've came here for COVID and drug testing before so they are wonderful. But for any other serious or sensitive matters, in my case relating to women's health, I would've reconsidered. Just wanted to be clear that I received very great services from the receptionist and doctor in charge. The doctor did a splendid job, was for sure a trooper and I couldn't thank her enough. But I think the assistant staff or tech would definitely need more training or would need to reconsider this profession as they are not fit for it. Consider having some compassion or empathy, why be in the medical field if there is always a chan

I contacted the clinic a few minutes ago and asked if I can get some pain medicine and an updated absence excuse for my job. My job consist of walking and being on my feet entire shift. I was just in the office Tuesday for a swollen and painful foot. 2 days ago. The pain is still there and but the swelling looks like it's going down. If it hits the cover or turn it wrong in the bed the pain is still excruciating. The person who answered the phone was very rude, her tone was rude, and she was disrespectful. Not only that the fact that she told me that the doctor who wrote the letter wss not there and not going to be there for a week and that the Dr there, would have to see me again so I have to come in and pay another $50 when all I'm asking for is to update my absent excuse and some pain p

2 only because my drug test person was awesome!!! Receptionist on the other hand needs to get fired. First after 10min she told everyone to mask up due to flu case that was there. Then more people came in including another flu case and she never told them to get a mask. I was in there for a simple drug test. After 30min wait after my schedule appointment time I asked her how much longer. She said oh you ready now? I'm like what! Then she said i drank water so I had to wait 30min. I told her I didn't know that was a crime and she said she thought I was drinking water because I wasn't ready to pee in a cup. Um. OK. I was thirsty. The end. Thanks for waisting my time because of your assumption!

My experience was great. Check in was easy and even when busy, the receptionist took time to answer my questions. My appointment was not rushed at all and the doc took his time listening to what I had to say, asking questions and troubleshooting what was going on. He took time to explain and make sure I understood the how's and why's. Thanks

The staff was very courteous and helpful in getting me signed in. Didn’t have a long wait before the nurse came to take me in for vitals and symptoms. Did a swab test for Strep. Dr was in shortly after that and determined the meds I needed. They forwarded that information to my pharmacy. I would definitely use this Urgent Care facility again!
