My experience at Fry Orthodontist is always the best! I always feel welcome when coming in with Lorenzo working at the front desk. He is super organized and efficient, which makes the whole check-in process smooth. He handles everything from scheduling appointments to answering questions with a smile. What I appreciate most is how he remember details about my visits and always ask how I'm doing. It makes me feel like he enjoys his jobs & genuinely care about me, not just another patient. Nikisha always makes me feel good when I come in. She always compliments me, which always brightens my day!

First I want to shout out Lorenzo-Front Desk, right when you walk in he greets you every time with an uplifting smile and voice. You can have good conversations with him, he basically a day starter. He gets your day started in the right way, with a positive attitude. Without him my mood would be down going into getting my braces done, but with him at the front desk it’s just impossible. Also shoutout Samantha for doing the operation. She makes things easy and comfortable for you. She’s very efficient, she gets the job done quick and correct.
