Reddy Urgent Care

First time being here and both the nurse and physician were very nice and professional! I was the only one there, so I was quickly seen and treated. I went for a splinter in my foot (turned out to be glass). She was very considerate and sympathetic of my fear of needles and helped me remain calm while surgically removing the glass from my foot. I highly recommend this place and will return again when needed!

Came in after a recent trip w/ food poisoning. The nurse was super nice!! I accidentally threw up all over the men’s bathroom. She was so understanding. I was asking for something to clean it up (doubled over in pain) she had me sit down, had the doctor see me (very quick and nice too) After the nurse gave me some medicine, she started my IV and then cleaned up the bathroom herself. In no time I felt like a new person. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Had to check my visit paperwork to confirm their names, but thank you to Ashley and Whitleigh

Attempted to use their virtual on-line Dr office visit. Signed onto their system at 11:30 AM. Entered credit card info as required to pay $59.00 bill for the consultation. Then a long wait in the virtual waiting room. At 1:05 PM I was notified Dr was ready, "Please supply credit card info to pay for consultation". You cannot get past billing without paying AGAIN. I did not pay a second time. I called Billing. Billing says they are a 3rd party and cannot reverse charges. They sent me back to Reddy Care office. Reddy Care office immediately forwarded me back to Billing. Gave up. Will call my bank and ask them to deny the credit card charge. All I wanted was some good cough medicine so I could sleep nights. helpful, friendly, down to earth staff! was way cheaper than the ER, got in and out in like 0 minutes. I knew what was wrong with me so my case was pretty cut and dry, but I felt like all my concerned were addressed seriously! prescription was already at the pharmacy by the time I arrived 10 minutes later too!

The office did not seem prepared for patients. There was a long wait in the waiting room, even though I was the only patient (to my knowledge). The medical assistant that helped me, while friendly, was still being trained while I was sitting in the waiting room. She seemed unsure of many basic procedures, and the technology that the center used was slow and not always working properly.
