First time patient. The office staff is very friendly. The waiting area is very well kept. I accompanied my mother for this appointment and was thoroughly impressed with the diagnostic steps prior to visiting with the dentist. The dentist took the necessary time to explain a detailed care plan for my mother.

The doctor really took her time with B and explained everything that needs to be done. Very gentle with him and his infected teeth making him feel so much better. Then giving him an antibiotic for preventative measures. Makes you know that she really cares.

So happy here! I’ve tried several dentists in town, but this one is awesome AND in network, so yay! They’ve been so patient in explaining, providing options, and setting expectations. Great chairside manner from everyone I’ve interacted with. Thank you!

While it took a little bit to get in for a new patient appointment, the wait was worth it! I was able to book online, fill out the required forms online, and confirm my appointment through text. When I arrived, the staff was very friendly and organized. I didn’t wait long even though I arrived early to head back and get started. From the assistant to the hygienist to the dentist, everyone was kind, explained what they were doing, gave tips on what I can do better, and were very respectful. I appreciated being kept “in the loop” and not being sent on my way to figure it out. I would highly recommend Redbird Dental to anyone looking for a great experience!

I always love this dentist office which is why i still go even though it’s 25 minutes away. Very cozy, friendly, clean, everyone knows what they’re doing and are very professional yet friendly. They explain to you if you have a procedure (like a cavity to fill) what you’ll need to pay vs what insurance will pay. Def five out of five stars
