What an amazing place to be! Office staff from the front to the back, very kind and comforting. They truly do care about you and your family. At O.A. the staff makes you feel at complete ease. Has a very homey feeling. Good music. Massive coffee options! Even the waiting area is 5 star. God bless everyone who works at O.A. I’m a student at ISU and my permanent bottom retainer broke. I wasn’t able to get home anytime soon due to my class and clinical schedule. I called Orthodontic Associates and they said I could come in and they’d check and see what they can do. They repaired it at no cost and were so nice. Highly recommend them if you’re a student at ISU and in need of an ortho for a repair.
