I don't normally leave reviews but I'm very appreciative of the choice of telehealth. To go to my doctor it's a 2 hour drive and when you feel bad you just don't want to leave home.. had a very nice person asked some questions and she sent some antibiotics to my pharmacy. Again this is a awesome choice that is provided. Definitely will use again in the future if needed.

Wasn’t going to initially leave a review but changed my mind. When I first showed up I thought they were nice and friendly and quick. Saw a lovely nurse practitioner. The medication they prescribed me I ended up being allergic too. I called them and shared my concerns and was instructed to keep taking the medication as long as I could “keep it down.” That is horrible advice. They made me come back in there after 3 days of trying to call them to get my lab results from them and never getting a call back. Went back in a second time (this time saw the main doctor) to only be told to stop taking the medication, they don’t have my test results, and to stop googling my symptoms and they would probably go away. Come to find out a week later that they MISLABELED MY TEST RESULTS with somebo

The people here are so great! However, it is not an express care from my experience. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time and waited 15 minutes past my scheduled time to be taken back. I waited 1 hour from my appointment time to see the actual doctor. As a mom of young kids I needed something that would be efficient and this unfortunately caused as much stress as it did help.

Once again, Dr. Naseer and his team have come through for me. Both of the gals I encounter there are so nice and helpful. Dr. Naseer is knowledgeable and very thorough in his explanations. I made an appointment 10 minutes before hand, and was in and out in under 15 minutes. After discovering my express care last year, I will literally never set foot in a prompt care again. So thankful for them!

I am always immensely pleased with the care I receive here. I can get in right away, I’m seen promptly, and am sent on my way with diagnosis and treatment. I much prefer it to waiting for hours at other prompt and urgent cares around town.
