I have been seeing Dr. Steins and her wonderful staff now for a few years. I am so happy and grateful to have such a wonderful team of people whenever I have an appointment. I have had a surgery and many visits with care management for my feet and I am beyond pleased. Dr. Steins is very professional yet personal! She always does a fantastic job taking care of my issues and getting me back on my feet again ;) I really do feel like everyone there does really care not only about me but with all or her patients. Ofcourse going many. Many times. There are times it can be overwhelming and things are slightly off, but the whole team really holds it together and they make sure your taken care of even if that means you wait a bit a longer at times. My first and follow up appointment went well, Dr. Ingrid and the staff was friendly. I had another appointment 3 weeks out for my other infected toe and it got really bad, I called about rescheduling the appointment sooner or getting antibiotics prescribed and was told they would ask the doctor however I never heard back, I tried calling in the morning and afternoon for 4 days however no one answered also tried going to their office during office hour and the office was closed, not sure what happened but I had to seek medical attention elsewhere. But other than that the ingrown toenail procedure went well enough.

The podiatrist did a great job on trimming my issue areas, she was friendly and professional. As I have been seeing her on a quarterly basis for about a year now, I feel that our client patient relationship is very stable and friendly. She helps answer any questions I have and I know that when the time for my surgery comes we will have great results.

From the moment we walked in to the receptionist on the phone, so we waited back a ways from window in which she made eye contact with us several times so I figured once off the phone she'd help us, nope....she hung up and proceeded to tale care of papers for 5 mins until I asked if this is where we check in, to which she says "Oh you need to check in, you should of spoke up" like what?! No lady I'm standing here for nothing lol I get registered and sit down, finally 20 mins past my apt time and several people being taken back that checked in after us I asked the lady at the desk if they had forgotten about my daughters apt and after a eye role she went back and asked for us, 5 mins later they take us back, we sit for a short time and the doctor comes in, she asked a question I went to ans

Waited 25 minutes after my appointment time to be seen, the person who came and brought me to the room and reviewed my symptoms was wearing EarPods. I was told to take off my shoes and socks but they did not bother to put anything on the floor so I had to just go barefoot on the disgusting floor. After seeing the Dr they wanted X-rays, so I had to sit and wait for them to come get me for that, then in the xray room the tech walked on the X-ray machine with his dirty shoes on it, after the X-rays again I had to sit and wait in the exam room. I was there for nearly an hour and a half for a simple appointment.
