Dr Michaels, Kelly and Abby, thank you so much for your kindness and superb support of my grandson. We were able to get an appointment immediately without waiting months. Very impressive care. Dr Michaels made him (15 year teen) feel comfortable and heard. Treated him with respect and kindness during the procedure. Explained everything and recommended alternative sneakers to correct the issues. Able to get wound care kit right in office. Highly recommend RF&A institute LLC.

Dr Micheal was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He gave me good information regarding foot health. I must say that the reception staff were not people friendly. When I first arrived to check in, she kept giving me papers before I finished the first one. Then I went to pick up orthotics, was told they opened at 8:00. I got there and the girl said it didn’t open til 8:30. It only took a minute to take care of me but they made me wait. They need to improve their people skills

Dr Michael and his staff are kind and very professional. Not only he explains what is going on in words his client can understand , he offers visuals as well. My 13 year old son is relieved to have Dr. Michael solve his leg pain due to his feet issues. We highly recommend and are grateful 🙏
