They are the best pharmacy for specialized medicines. Always caring. Phone support excellent. Pharmacists and staff excellent. And did I say they CARE? Very rare these days. All pharmacists are super nice and competent. My recent interaction with pharmacist Mr. Brady as always very professional and friendly. I do recommend Realo for the IVIG infusions. With a little break we have been with Realo for 4 years. Nobody does it better. Tell your doctor to call Realo for infusions needs.

Realo’s staff are so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They take extra time to ensure I understand the complex infusion prescription I take biweekly. They touch base with me after each treatment to see how I am feeling and prep the next shipment. I wish they could be my local pharmacy but I live too far away.
