Realo Discount Drugs of Greene Co., Inc

We were visiting from Florida when my husband realized that he was nearly out of one of his very much needed medications. Our PCP sent in a prescription, but instead of sending it to Realo, as requested, she sent it to our pharmacy in south Florida. The precious lady who assisted me, volunteered to call and have the prescription transferred, which is practically unheard of nowadays.Then she made the extra effort to personally call me to let me know that it was ready to be picked up. They really put a rush on it! Unfortunately I missed the call, but we were able to grab it this morning when they opened. I enjoy doing business here. The staff is always friendly and quick. They remembered my name and will have my medication at the register as soon as they see me.

Pharmacist is super nice, goes above and beyond to assist customers. He always says hello and knows majority of customers by name. Fantastic people skills. Majority of staff are polite and eager to assist customer. However, there are a few that seem more interested in their cell phones. When they wait on you, you can “feel” their irritation with you. It’s like you have interrupted their “time”

Is excellent professional people with great follow up programs to call and remind me if I forget my medicine Well stocked , good priced. I've been there for years and hate it that I have to move. Fortunately there is a reload in Goldsboro I can use. I hope they measure up.
