This place haven’t been the same since Dr.Rob Left I DONT RECOMMEND

First time going here trying to reschedule a family members appointment, and can already tell the place is a Joke! front lady RUDE! Came in waited in line for a few minutes and when it was my turn she said I had to call to make an appointment because she had a line (two other people behind me)? I was never rude or anything at any point because i know how it is to work front desk, but the fact she scheduled the lady infront of me for two different app. but couldnt help me make one for a family member? Just said okay and left. Dont recomend this place especially since I had another family member say they went in for a deep clean and they ended up extracting teeth without her consent or knowledge. She thought she was getting numbed for the deep clean.

I figured out if you get your appointments on Friday you will get and out faster because they have one doctor I went on a Friday and it was fast I was in and out with in a blink of an eye I love this place.....10 out of 10 Robert made me laugh and made my day all day I was so happy.....never had a problem with them waiting or getting a hold of them on the phone I love everything about it......

this place has truly lost ALL compassion for there patients, I've been rescheduled 3 time to get a cleaning. due to office issues. then they wana schedule you out till NEXT year .... PLEASE CLOSE this office if you're not will to help out the community you claim to serve... don't bother calling them they cut the phones off so they want be bothered with patients
