From check in to check out and everything in between-including labs drawn, specific care based on your individual needs, the nurses, other healthcare professionals-I can’t offer one negative comment or complaint about this office. I generally see Debra Fell. My husband sees another practitioner there . They really do listen to you. I do not feel like a number there. When I walk in the door, they address me by name and check me in. I’m never textbook anything-Debra always thinks outside the box and considers the atypical conditions. I love them all! You will, too!

From the first my daughter called to set up a first time visit with Heritage Family in Snow Hill, since Two visits have pasted. I am so pleased with everyone’s attitude from the entering through the front door, from the nurse calling me in a great time span, to being seated in a room, waiting a short time for my sweet Doctor to appear. Office operating under COVID 19 regulations very efficiently. Staff, as usual were very professional yet very friendly. Debra Fell, NP, handled my exam appt very well while making me feel very confortable and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with this Medical Practice and would recommend them to anyone looking for a very professional and extremely effective Med Practice.
