Reagan Medical Center - Suwanee

Got seen very quickly. Dr Nguyen and nurse Kay were so kind and treated me very nicely. I was worried about my bp being high and nurse Kay made me laugh and relax and feel at ease. The lady at the front desk was very nice as well (im sorry I didn't get her name). Dr Nguyen talked to me like a real person and i felt calm and safe with her. I was glad that I was able to get seen quickly and get the help I needed. This place is convenient and reasonable.

I was there about 2 hours and 15 minutes. Not so great wait time. Good experience with the front desk receptionist. The triage nurse (Kay) was especially kind, happy, friendly, and helpful. Love to see this at a doctor’s office. I saw a nurse practitioner. I was happy with her. Got prescribed a ZPack. I’d go back if needed.

I will give 10 stars!! highly recommend Reagan Medical Center in Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd. From the moment I walked in, the entire process was seamless. Natasha, the front desk receptionist was incredibly friendly making check-in a breeze. The nurse, Nermina and Ms. kay was so caring and made us feel completely at ease. Dr. Gould was exceptional. They took the time to explain in detail and genuinely listened to all of my concerns, ensuring all my questions were answered. I never felt rushed, which is rare these days!!!!The clinic environment was also clean and calming. Thanks to the entire team for providing such comprehensive and compassionate care. This will definitely be my go-to facility for any future medical needs."

I’ve visited here a few times and the care is always quick and convenient. However, they are not good with communication. No one ever answers the phone or responds to messages in the patient portal. I had lab tests done in November that no one ever called me about.. I had questions about it and called and emailed and still no one has contacted me back and it’s now February. I just had a doctor at my job read them instead. My sister recently visited as well and experienced a lack of communication. As someone who works at an urgent care, I strongly urge you to have a better process when it comes to patient communication.

Nermina and Dr Gould were both very kind, professional, and helpful. Dr Gould let me know that he is seeing a lot of patients with the symptoms I’m having and he explained the purpose for each med he prescribed. I especially appreciated that he recommended other remedies to help in addition to the medications he prescribed. I will definitely be switching to Reagan Medical after today’s visit.
