Reagan Medical Center - Hamilton Mill

Our experience at Reagan Medical Center was completely unacceptable. I brought my almost 9-year-old in specifically for ear pain after clearly seeing signs of an ear infection at home. His symptoms were otherwise mild — low-grade fever, sniffles, and body aches that had resolved the day before. We were told they could see him, and after waiting about an hour, we were informed COVID and flu testing was required before addressing the reason for our visit. After waiting for 30 minutes, the SO called "COVID" test came back positive. When the doctor entered the room, she immediately focused on COVID and spoke as though my son was feeling miserable from it. He was not. He felt fine other than ear pain and mild sniffles. She spent considerable time giving instructions about how to manage COVID

My visit with Dr. Moon was a fantastic. He actually looked me over, totally ears, eyes nose, mouth, and also checked all my reflexes and he heard a heart murmur in my heart which no other doctor has ever told me! He was super thorough! And Lauren, his assistant was fantastic too both had super bedtside manners. I definitely recommend them.!

Another great visit at Hamilton Mill Reagan Medical Center. Everyone is so friendly from Katie and Samantha at check in, to the nurse practitioner Shana, phlebotomist Randi, Deepish, everyone. I missed not seeing Dr Henry Moon this visit, but it was a great experience still! Thanks for the lovely parting gift Katie!!!

The nurse was the best. The doctor had no personality and very few words. I don’t wanna see him again. I had to ask questions because he walked in and said my diagnosis and nothing else.. I would have excepted him to explain what to do for preventative measures and speedy recovery.

The stuff with dr. Henry Moon, very helpful and kind. Lab work lady was super nice, technician was so nice and took her time with me to get all my info. Labs can be done there fast. ECG technician was profesional and kind during stressful time.
