Ray-Ban

My son wanted the Headliner (Gen 2) in shiny asteroid grey. After going to a couple places that didn't have that color in stock we stopped at the Ray Ban store at Oak Brook Mall. We walked into the store and were helped immediately. Service was friendly and they were very knowledgeable about the product. Chloe was our salesperson was exceptional. She walked use through the the glasses features and how to use them. Chloe measured my son's face and glasses, entered his prescription, and finalized the sale. 5 days later she called to let use know they were ready for pickup. This was a pleasurable and easy buying experience and Chloe was exceptional! 5 stars...

A few months ago, I got my first pair of prescription glasses and found Ray-Ban to have an excellent variety of styles. The employees at the store very kind and patient and went over the top to try to find different pairs that I could try on. They also, once the glasses came in, helped me to adjust them, so they felt perfect on my face. It is a little bit more work to submit these to Insurance because you have to pay and then submit but that ended up working out fine.

By far the best customer service I ever seen today in years. The lady help me in finding a particular product. Knowledgeable and polite. She deserves a raise so who over answer the call today about the Meta In Display you are going places

Laura and team went above and beyond to fix up a pair of Ray-Bans I purchased from another location. The service was outstanding, they were extremely friendly, and they absolutely made my day and week with their repair by doing more than was even asked or required. Thanks so much for this fabulous customer service, you guys rock!

I just went to the rayban store here at oak brook and sad to say I was just rudely stereotyped. The customer service was horrible I was treated like a criminal the whole time as if I couldn't afford the glasses. I used my JOBS MEDICAL INSURANCE IMED and they acted as if they didn't know if they accepted the service or not I would recommend you not to come here if you're black because you will most likely get the same experience as me
