Working with Penny and her team has made a significant difference in my recovery and ability to train. Penny is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about what she does, and it shows in her work. While working certain pressure points can be uncomfortable, I felt noticeable relief after just one session that I don’t normally feel after a typical massage. It was more than just a feeling of relaxation, it was a lightness and ease. I could bend over more easily, do house chores without pain, and move more freely overall. Just after one session! I made an appointment on the advice of a friend after suffering with sciatica for nearly a year. Some days, I could not walk at all but most days, I was hunched over, couldn't walk more than 10 steps without feeling like my leg would give out or a horrible burning sensation. Tried physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic care - nothing helped. My first visit was rough because I wasn't prepared for how intense it would be, but 2 days later, I noticed an improvement in my pain level. I was also able to walk without limping / hunching.
