My first visit with her was okey, she was Nice and polite.Second visit she was in a different mood . She asks me to get the records from My other Rheumatologist, she mentioned her practice was different from others and was my responsibility to get them. Nightmare started the office of my previous Dr sent the records 3 times gave the time and the response of the fax that they received the records and her assistant insisted that they did not have them , it was all an excuse to refuse treatment. Her assistant cancelled my Appointment and never call Back. She claims if she did not get the records she did not how to treat me, I mean she got results from the Lab , she saw me in a severe pain, I can understand the importance of previous records, what kind of Dr she is. This is a very unprofessional place. I waited a month for my appointment, which is actually pretty soon since the other location I made an appointment for was 5 months away. Now I do have issues with my primary clinic since they were called a month in advance for the referral change and they didn't have that ready, so I went to my primary's office hours before my appointment here and they provided me with a referral. The lady explained that nothing but the Authorization number was required, but gave me the paper either way. I was on time to my appointment at this office and they said the paper I had was not a referral. I kept stating to her that it was, where I got it, what the lady said, but she refused several times and denied me having my appointment, just because the paper didn't look

I don't know how her work is because she pretty much denied me medical attention with every excuse that was thought of! I've been waiting 2 months to see a specialist because every joint in my body is going through pain! She never even spoke to me or even seen me but told me from my medical history I don't have any rheumatoid issues through one of the staff! My Dr referred me there because it sounds like I have rheumatoid issues! I was told I needed to be vaccinated to see her but why would I do that with all my issues? I was told I needed to see a pain doctor because I asked for pain medication and she can't prescribe me that! I said forget the pain medication, let's find out what's wrong with me! I must start by saying how caring and understanding this physician is. A doctor who goes the extra mile for you to do investigative work and actually returns your calls unlike 90% of Miami Physicians. The staff is extremely caring and always relay messages. The assistant is extremely knowledgeable and caring as well. This office treats you like family!

She is an excellent specialist Dr., and Dr. Jumean is extremely knowledgable and thorough. She is very detailed in her physical examinations and takes her time with her patients. She answered all my questions and concerns I had. I recommend Dr Jumean without hesitation.
