Rapidan Medical Center

Everyone I’ve encountered here has been warm and welcoming. The front desk was helpful, and my appointment left me confident in selecting RMC as my primary care practice. Heidi Critchfield, the practitioner I saw, was easy to talk to and made sure all of my questions were answered. I would recommend them (and already have) without hesitation!

Bad experience. I did a blood work there and had few questions on the results I received via email. Called several times and the nurse just refused to talk to me over the phone. They gave me two choices: go back for another in-person appointment or google my results to find the answers I’m looking for. Really? So I have to take time off work, drive to their office, and pay for another visit, just to go over a couple of questions? Or use google to figure out what is their job to tell me??? Never going back there again. I can get better treatment at a CVS Minute Clinic for $10 a visit.

My Healthcare provider is Heidi Critchfield. She is professional, compassionate and thorough. As I have several health issues Heidi has been very much on top of all aspects of my health and has made necessary referrals where needed. The wait wasn't long and the staff were kind and professional. I would highly recommend Rapidan Medical Center and Nurse Practitioner Heidi Critchfield.

Had an appointment today at 1030 am. After 2 and 1/2 hours still waiting for the doctor to come into the room.
