I could not be happier with the care that has been given to helping me get answers to my medical issues. My Nurse Practitioner, Jusy Reynolds is excellent. She takes the time to review my specialist’s results and contacts me to make sure I understand their results. I have been seen locally for years and never been truly provided with wonderful care. Honestly, everyone I have been in contact with in this office has been very professional, caring, intelligent, and just “good people.”

My experience here was awful. I filled out the new patient paperwork, which they did not take the time to look over, other than my current medication I wrote down. While I was waiting in a room to be seen, I could hear the staff having a conversation about me outside. “Is she pregnant?” “No I don’t think so. Why?” “She wrote down she is taking a prenatal..hmm.” When the provider came into the room she asked me if I was attempting to get pregnant, to which I had to state (like it already said on my paperwork in multiple spots) that I was 20 weeks pregnant. The provider offered no help for my sore throat and lost voice, other than “try not talking for a few days.” I was told I would receive a call back once my results came back from testing. We are new to the area and my daughter needed a sports physical for school. We walked in without an appointment and were pleasantly greeted by the front desk team right away. Completing the new patient forms and providing insurance information and copay was a smooth process. We were called back by the medical staff within 15 minutes of completing registration. Nurse practitioner Jessica was knowledgeable and kind, and completed the forms we needed same day. The entire process was about 1 hour and we were very satisfied. Thank you for providing us with excellent, streamlined care.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!! MY SON AND I ARRIVED AT 8:00 WHEN THEY OPENED. THEY THEN HUNG A NOTE ON THE DOOR SAYING THE WERE NOT OPENING TILL 9:00. AT 9:30. I CALLED AND ASKED IF THEY WERE RECIEVING PATIENTS. SHE SAID YES. WE ARRIVED AT 10:00AM AND WAITED FOR 2 1/2 HOURS FOR PROVIDER GRETCHEN WHICH IS A NEW DOCTOR!! THE LADY UP FRONT SAID SHE WAS SORRY SHE WAS NEW. I POLITELY TOLD HER THAT WAS NOT MY PROBLEM. I TOLD HER THAT I HAVE NEVER HAD TO WAIT THIS LONG TO BEEN SEEN BY A DOCTOR NOR AN URGENT CARE. AND I WAS 55 YEARS OLD. WE POLITELY WALKED OUT. SO, I CALLED THE NURSE ASKED FOR OUR TEST RESULTS. AND IF SHE COULD GIVE US NOTES FOR THE DAY. AND SHE SAID SHE COULD NOT GIVE US A NOTE. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Care and Service I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Judy (I believe she’s the doctor) and Marie (the nurse) were both amazing—so kind, professional, and attentive. They communicated everything clearly, got me in and out quickly, and helped me figure out exactly what was going on. They truly made me feel at home during the visit. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing urgent care—you’ll be in great hands with them!
