RAPHAMED PRIMARY CARE

My family is new to the area, however, we have been looking for a doctor. I have been very pleased with RaphaMed Primary Care and the entire staff. They are professional, honest and patient. I felt heard and understood. The office is well organized, clean and very well taken care of. The office manager even came by my room to see how I was doing and if my needs were being met. Dr. Yosef took time to listen and answer my questions.

Great experience at this office. The staff was professional, the wait wasn’t bad, and I felt listened to during my visit. Paris was kind, patient, and made everything smooth and comfortable, as well as the entire staff. Really appreciate the level of care here. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is very nice. Thank you Ms. Lola for making me feel at home on my first visit and everyone there after. And Dr. Yusaf always makes sure he listens to you and try to find the best way to help you. Glad I found them.

I just started here & so far Dr Yusef has been amazing! His staff & his wife are very friendly & welcoming. He will address any of your concerns & will run all test to ensure your health & safety! Plus, I love any doctor representing the Black community!

Terrible experience. First visit was great from there I wouldn’t recommend a single person be seen here. The doctor seems like he cares but fails at simple follow through. Wants to refer you to another provider but that office never gets the referral. If you have labs done and have questions oh someone will call you back well here we are three weeks later no call. States he has no problem assisting with your care but yet will let you run out of medications even with the pharmacy faxing refill request and you calling and speaking with office staff more than once. I have worked in healthcare for years and this is the most inappropriate patient care I’ve ever experienced.
