Rann Pharmacy in Harleysville, PA, is absolutely the cutest pharmacy in America! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasure. Beyond prescriptions, they have a wonderful and decadent selection of gifts—perfect for treating yourself or someone special. I love that it’s a family-owned business with well-priced items, ample parking, and open 7 days a week—how incredible is that? Shopping here is an easy way to support local, and I can’t recommend it enough!

It has been two weeks since the snowstorm, and the sidewalk still has not been plowed, making it inaccessible. They made sure to clear their parking lot and pushed the snow onto the sidewalk, creating a large pile that blocks pedestrians from safely returning to the sidewalk, especially where the neighboring business has already cleared theirs. This section of Main Street is extremely busy, with heavy traffic, forcing people to walk in the street. This creates a serious safety hazard for pedestrians.DO BETTER

Kathy the pharmacist is so great! I dealt with her for years when I worked at a local children’s facility where i worked as a nurse. Many years later about two weeks ago I had to call for a family i am a nurse to their children n Rann had the med we we lookikg for n no other pharmacy did. she took so much time to talk to me numerous times on the phone that day n also offered to call the parents. Great mom n pop pharmacy n quality service along with genuine care.

Luv this place. Staff always so pleasant and helpful. Pharmacist very good. Very nice gift are as well as all types of medical supplies.

They stayed open late for me to get my child her medicine in a crisis. The staff and pharmacy was excellent. Thank you so much we will be transferring all our medication here even though it's a far drive, we support small independent business. Thank you again. You are the superhero's of the day!
