Does not work well with special needs children, does not have a financial plan for parents who do not qualify for state insurance (or none that was given to us as an option if there are), they do not like parents that advocate for their special needs children and show clear signs of annoyance when procedures are asked to be stopped even when the child is truly struggling to cope. Upon seeking a second opinion they discovered my second child had a bunch of decay under their caps that was missed. Second opinion also revealed my third child that had cavities in fact was cavity free. This synopsis is the tip of the iceberg of a horrendous ordeal. Worst practice I’ve ever dealt with, ever.

We've been going here for my two boys for a few years now. Today my youngest, 4, had to get fillings which we have done before. But today, our dental assistant was just above and beyond. Jennifer was so wonderful with my son, so happy and kind and kept him calm and distracted from the dental work. It went much better than previous visits!

Dr. Fecko is AMAZING! We left another practice and came to Bright Smiles for care for my 6 year old! She was amazing and made him feel so comfortable that we never had to go elsewhere for his work because she made him so comfortable. She takes her time explaining to the parent and child and genuinely cares! We are so pleased to have made a switch. This has been a blessing!

The staff takes amazing care of our kiddos. They are kind, patient and knowledgeable. Our one year old had a fantastic time.

I brought my 7 year old daughter to bright smiles today who has a lot of anxiety about doctors and dentists. I was pleased with the cleanliness, kid friendly waiting room and overall look of the office. We were greeted very kindly by the front staff and only waited a few minutes to go back. Her hygienist, Sandrine was absolutely phenomenal with my daughter! She was able to get her teeth cleaned, xrays, and a fluoride treatment that we have been unable to get accomplished for some time due to her anxiety. I am highly satisfied with the care she received and would definitely recommend their practice to anyone who has little ones with anxiety. A sincere thank you to everyone who helped ease my daughter's anxiety and I dare say made her enjoy the dentist! She's looking forward to her next appo
