St. Luke's Primary Care - Lederach

My husband and I visited Dr. Szewczak after his three-week hospital stay for a very serious condition. She reviewed his hospital records and discharge instructions in great detail and laid out a plan for his ongoing care. We feel very secure in her care and value her guidance. My family has been patients of Dr. Szewczak for well over 20 years.

Would definitely not recommend. Was one of the most frustrating administrative experiences of my life. The office staff were unable to order prescriptions, preauths (which weren’t even necessary as it turns out through insurance) an overdue mammogram and an MRI. My issues went completely untreated. I actually wound up getting this ordered by another St Luke’s office very easily. I would simply avoid this location.

My experience with Lederach Family practice has been consistently excellent. No matter the request, it is handled quickly. When I have needed extra time, everyone from the office staff to nurses to Dr Suzann give their best. They are kind, compassionate and resourceful.

Dr. Szewczak and staff are top notch. They have been treating me since Dr. Szewczak took over the practice. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and willing to spend the time to get to the root cause of whatever is ailing you or finding the resource who can. Her staff is friendly, responsive and goes beyond to ensure they meet your needs. I highly recommend Dr. Szewczak and her practice.

Dr Szewczak is amazing. She has been my primary care physician for over 20 years. She is worth my travel of one hour each way. Dr Szewczak and her staff take a personal interest in each patient to provide the best care possible. I trust her and value her. Thank you Dr Szewczak and team!!!!
