Randalls Pharmacy

My experience with the Randall’s pharmacy has been incredibly positive. They are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. When I accidentally left refrigerated medication out on the counter overnight, they replaced the medication, no cost. 5 ⭐️, would recommend.

Friendly staff and text notifications when prescriptions are ready. This used to be close for me, but is now 15 minutes away. I kept them as my pharmacy because I like how it's run.

The pharm tech working the counter tonight told my husband that they don’t answer the phone in the evenings to “discourage people from coming in too late”. The service here is lacking. Management, you have some training to do.

These people have no idea how to talk to customers. They do not leave their desk to talk about very personal matters, allowing others to hear your conversation.

Love this pharmacy! It is so much less hectic than Walgreens and the lines are short or non existent. An added bonus is that I can pick up groceries while I’m there.
