This place is the best. I have been to so many vets before and I have many family and friends with whom I have met their vets and none of them even come close to this place. Dr. Eckstein is the most experienced and dedicated vet I have ever dealt with. She is very loving towards the animals and sensitive to each individual's needs. She is very thorough with diagnosis and on multiple occasions been able to discover the problem when other vets missed or misdiagnosed. One of the best things about this place is also that Dr. Eckstein and her staff only refer to the best and are quick to get a second opinion if there is even a little uncertainty. I want to just thank the staff here for being so amazing with our dog Bruno. He is a 1.5-2yr old Rescue from San Bernardino. He was a “stray” he was kind but not taken care of. When we got him from the shelter and their contracted Animal Hospital he had two horrible ear infections. He was shaking constantly, and in so much pain. We came in and they treated him with so much love and compassion. He trusts every individual in that building! They checked him and when it hurt they didn’t push him, they respected him and tried other methods. Bruno was neutered at the other Animal Hospital and we didn’t know but his stitches were tied on so tight that 7 days into healing they were cutting his skin. We have been taking our dogs (one Siberian Husky and one Shih Tzu) since we moved to California 4 years ago. They treat us and our pets great and they provide follow up (calls and e-mail) to make sure our pets are doing well after their visits. Dr. Eckstein always makes sure we understand whatever situation arises and the need for tests and/or medication.

My sister has a cat and left the cat for me to watch when she went on an ocean Cruse. The cat got into a fight one night and got some cuts on his face. I took the cat to Rancho Viejo Animal Hospital to get cleaned up. The employees at the vet hospital were very friendly and compassionate. They got the cat cleaned up so he looked good again. The cost was a little pricey but the cat came out OK .

Everyone there is Wonderful!! I'm always a nervous wreck when I have to take my Cat or dog in. Front desk, nurses and especially Dr. E always take their time and are beyond nice to me any my fur babies.
