OC Children's Medical Group - Ladera Ranch

This review is long overdue, but I can’t say enough about how much we love this practice! Dr. Mike, Dr. Bayless, and Ashley are truly top-notch providers and even better individuals. As a team, they have been an incredible support system for my children. They are a vital part of my "village," helping me make informed decisions about my kids' well-being without ever making me feel judged or unheard. Because they are parents themselves, they truly understand the anxiety that comes when a child is ill. Being a small practice, they are incredibly approachable; you never feel like just a number, but rather like family. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of the most precious little humans in my life!

After a great experience at the Ladera Ranch location, my family and I decided to give “Dr Mike” Villadelgado a try for our youngest daughter. After few years as his patient, I’ve made the decision to switch providers and I feel responsible to warn you all as to why! The Medical decisions here are so clearly led by their vendor relationships. Every visit we are directed to a new private pay prescription, test, or specialist that we didn’t need. With the irony being that he rarely ever wanted to see the patient, my child. After years of appointments consisting entirely of sales pitches and criticisms of common solutions, I am confident to conclude that this place does not have the same goals as its patients. Save yourself the time and money. Get your child actual medical care somewhere else

The absolute best! We have been patients for 16 years and have always had the most wonderful care from Dr. Mike, Dr. Bayless and all staff. Thank you for caring for our kids like they’re your own!

My three children have been seeing Dr. Mike at OC Children's for 9 years now. He is so good with children AND parents. He fully explains reasons for any treatments and makes himself available to answer all questions, even if they come up after the appointment. The other doctors on staff are also wonderful and reasonable.

We enjoy coming to Orange County Children’s medical group. I have four kids and their primary dr is Dr. Mike. We love that we have the same views as our doctor and we have never been conflicted. Finding a doctor that doesn’t make us feel pressured is amazing!
