I've always had a great experience with the staff, the appointment setting (so many practices over book then you get stuck sitting for an hour or more!). I've seen both doctors and find them both to be nice, considerate and knowledgeable.

Use to see him as my Doctor in Oceanside for years. When he moved locations to Orange county i still drove the 50 minutes to see him. He was such a good listener and always so caring. After several visits it just seemed he was too busy to listen and his bedside manner was different. Maybe he was overwhelmed? After a couple more visits i decided i would no longer drive so far to see him. Still nice but not the same.

Dr Cuenca follows up on anything in your chart either my me or another Dr. he noticed I had a ct scan on my back and noticed the radiologist found a cyst on my kidney. My other doctor never mentioned this cyst. He referred me to a kidney specialist and I had another kidney X-ray and a yearly follow up. Thank goodness he followed through.

Service was friendly and quick! Great staff!
