Ralphs Pharmacy

I ordered a specific, custom cake for my son’s birthday over the phone with Ralph’s. They told me everything was set and to pick it up the morning of. Thank goodness I called a few days before his party to check. They had zero recollection of taking the order and their cake printer doesn’t even work anymore. Nobody was planning on notifying me. I was going to have my husband drive there to pick it up, out of our way (because the closer Ralph’s also has a broken cake printer), at 7am the morning of my son’s party for nothing. So unprofessional.

PLS DO NOT SHOP AT THIS RALPH'S STORE BECAUSE YOU WOULD REGRET DOING SO. THEY HAVE RUDE AND MANNERLESS STAFF MEMBERS AT THE CASHIER AND SELF-CHECKOUT SECTIONS. THEY EVEN FIND IT HARD TO POINT TO WHERE TO GET ITEMS YOU CAN'T FIND AND IGNORE AND GIVE YOU WEIRD STARES. MANY PEOPLE I KNOW EXPERIENCED THIS INCLUDING MYSELF. THEY ARE THE WORST!

This pharmacy's online notification system generates contradictory messages and the staff refuses to take responsibility for it, instead blaming customers and telling them they "just have to wait." No other Ralph's pharmacy is so disorganized and ineffectual. Avoid.

Pharmacy technician Saturday October 10 3:49 pm, very rude attitude, seems like they take job tasks as a hassle

Pharmacist is lovely and plenty of the staff are really nice. Some of them are extremely rude and apathetic. I've had to be the middle man between the pharmacy and clinics to sort out prescriptions which is very inconvenient. I assume this is primarily due to covid vaccinations. Wish they would hire more staff to keep up with the demand.
