I went to three shops to have my glasses repaired and they all told me that they would order a part but when I came to "modo optomety" my glasses were repaired in less than 5 minutes! level service, friendly and cheerful! father from 1-10 clean 10! I recommend everyone to come and they won't regret it!

I had a great experience at Modo Optometry. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire visit very comfortable. The eye exam was thorough and the doctor took time to explain everything clearly. The office is clean, organized, and the team was very helpful when picking out frames. Love the selection! Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience—I highly recommend them!!!

My friend Kat bought me a gift card to MODO Optometry, and honestly… it ruined every other eyewear store for me. The quality, the design, the curation — nothing else in NYC even comes close. I’ve been searching everywhere trying to find something comparable and it just doesn’t exist. The frames feel elevated and timeless, not just trendy or disposable, and the staff is great. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. You can tell real care goes into what they carry. If you’re particular about design and quality, this place will absolutely spoil you (in the best way).

I’ve been shopping at Modo Optometry since 2013, and it’s been my go-to ever since. My first pair was a vintage-inspired Dolce & Gabbana sunglass I bought for FYF Fest, which somehow landed me in Teen Vogue street style when I was 19. That moment really set the tone for my love of this store. Over the years, I’ve collected so many timeless pieces from Modo that I still wear and cherish. One of the things I appreciate most is how rarely the staff changes — it says everything about the environment they’ve built. Everyone is kind, helpful, and genuinely knowledgeable. This year I let Armin order Akoni frames for me & they’re such a cool color. Definitely understood the assignment.

I brought in three pairs of glasses that needed TLC and I left with glasses that looked like new. They have a great range of glasses and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
