I've been helped by Ivan before and he has always been very focused and knowledgeable on the workings of my hearing aids. My right hearing aid was not working at all. The immediately tested all functions and found the receiver to be defective. He replaced it with new one to get everything working fine again. It made me very happy and well worth the $30 charge!

One hearing aid was not working properly. I made an appointment and brought it into the Marina del Rey office and was seen right on time. The technician thoroughly checked and cleaned both hearing aids in an efficient and timely manner. There is an inner wax filter that I was not previously aware of. I was in and out in under half an hour, completely satisfied. The charge was reasonable.

Ivan set me up with hearing aids. He is totally professional, a good listener and a thoughtful practitioner who takes time both to ask questions and explain.

Audiologist, Ivan, was so personable and open to answer any and all questions. He explained everything in detail. I also had a very good experience making the appointment on the phone before coming.

Having my hearing tested was truly an easy and pleasant experience. making the appointment was easy and I was able to get one for the next day. The audiologist was very friendly and warm, and explained everything clearly. I left with a report that I can share with my ENT. I would definitely recommend this office.
