They still gave me the wrong size item, even though my primary doctor sent them the exact size and clear measurements I need. The young Asian girl there gave me the wrong size, and now I have to come in in person just to exchange it. They even made me question whether my doctor had the wrong information. This place sucks.
Made me feel like he (the pharmacist) was doing me a favor by filling my script. There seems to be a pattern of "whatever" attitude among way-over-retirement-age at Kroger pharmacists - this is our fourth (in two states). Good store. Terrible pharmacy. Kroger corporate!!! Where are you??
I can't understand why this Ralphs would get bad reviews. The cashiers go out of their way to talk to me and the Pharmacists really care. Everyone is courteous and friendly.
I got my 1st shot of Covid vaccine on January 23 and guest what..they don't know if they will be able to give me my second..what disappointed!! There answer was try to get it "somewhere else" 😳
I find Dr Willie the lead pharmacist to be extremely helpful and welcoming. Prices are the best in the area!
