Lollipop Dental - Cerritos

My experience wasn’t the best at this facility. Front desk was nice and informative the first day we visited. My daughter was seen and needed work done on 4 cavities and a tooth extraction in the front. The girl in the front desk explained someone would reach out to me later and email me the treatment plan and pricing. I contacted them for someone to reach out and explain the treatment plan since I was seeing the Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) show up 3 times in the treatment plan which was a $230 per each time that they’ll use the laughing gas (in my case totaling $690 on laughing gas alone.) They called me back and explained that because my daughter had multiple teeth that needed work done they needed to work in sections, in my daughters case 3 sessions. Had such a great experience at Lollipop Dental! Dr. Karla was amazing — super patient, gentle, and really great with kids. She took the time to explain everything and made sure my child felt comfortable the entire visit. The staff was just as wonderful, very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole appointment stress-free. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Lollipop Dental in Cerritos has been an incredible experience for our family. Today my niece, who is 6 going on 7, had an appointment for sealant on 4 teeth (2 on each side). From the check in process to the treatment, all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Jenny, who performed the work on my niece, was beyond patient and sympathetic to her anxiousness. She talked my niece through the whole process and even told her she was able to take breaks when she felt uncomfortable. Definitely would recommend this dentistry to any one who is looking for a place that makes their children feel safe and heard.
