I’ve had a pleasant experience coming to this Dentist. Customer service is always excellent and everyone is friendly and eager to assist you. These qualities have me and my family returning this Dentist office. Dr Wong is sure to educate me with knowledge that is client specific. I appreciate this because it ensures I am receiving preventative care tailored specific to me. Emily assisted me today and demonstrated quality service. She was the first person I interacted with today and she made my visit smooth and efficient.

Just had all 4 wisdom teeth removed after putting it off for a year due to fear of anesthesia. I had some discomfort lately and called in this morning to see when an appointment would be available. To my surprise, the surgeon was in today and was able to squeeze me in for an afternoon appointment. They provided 15-20 minutes of leeway time since I’d need to drive 2 hours to reach the office. When I arrived, checking in and payment was extremely easy. They saw me a couple minutes once the forms and payment were completed. I also was able to schedule a follow up appointment to make sure any complications during healing were addressed. The surgery room was a bit cold which is entirely understandable, I’m super skinny so I have trouble holding heat and was shivering for a little while. They p

My family and I visited Cerritos Dentistry for the first time today and we loved it! My daughters age 10 and age 3 had a great experience as well. Great for adults too! The establishment is very clean, up to date technology, excellent customer service and easy check-in process! All of the great things for family visits. Cerritos smiles , thank you so much for caring so much about my oral heath ! The office is very clean full of loving staff. Walking in you are greeted by nice staff . Dr.Gina explained to me the importance of a deep cleaning and the hygienist Lauren did my cleaning. She is so gentle and sweet love her ! Kimberly walked in and talked to me about my insurance benefits. On the way out of my visit nidia set up all my following appointments and gifted me a goodie bag with a tooth brush kit. I ’ll be the first to admit—I hate going to the dentist. But Dr. Wong has completely changed that for me! He’s pleasant, friendly, and always greets you with a big smile that instantly puts you at ease. He’s also incredibly thorough and takes the time to explain everything, so you always feel comfortable and informed. Plus, I have to say—he’s one of the most stylish dentists I’ve ever met! I Love his staff, they are also friendly, & always professional.
