They were all kind, helpful, and friendly. There was no talking down to me. My experience with RaleighRadiology-Holly Springs overall was very good.

This one star should be zero! It pertains to the receptionist only. I was scheduled for an appointment at 10:45 am and asked to arrive at 10:30. I arrived at 10:25 I was fully aware that I’d be waiting for a few minutes prior to being seen. I had already pre registered with the provided link and uploaded my insurance card and drivers license. When I entered the building I said hello to the receptionist in a joyful tone. She was extremely rude and demanded that I go to registration 1 window which I had NO signage. I asked her “ behind this wall?” She blasted back at me yeah!! I proceeded to go behind the wall to register again…. She was rude and treated me with zero respect until she noticed I was disengaging. I appreciate the fairly expedient scheduling of this MRI my only criticism is that there is no cover provided for your patients or staff to protect from the elements when going outside to access the remote MRI. It was raining hard during the transfer from the building to the trailer containing the actual MRI machine and both me and the staff helping me access the MRI were soaked during the process. This is a cavalier disregard for your staff who have to experience this repeatedly not just the patients who should never have to be subjected to such an experience. Your staff are outstanding and show genuine care for your patients it's a bit sad that that same care is not extended by management to both patients and staff over something that would cost so little to fix.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. Sabrina was my technician and she was phenomenal… Very kind and helpful and answered my questions and checked on me throughout the scans to make sure I was OK. I would definitely recommend this office!

Check in was friendly and efficient. One receptionist checking in 4 patients, and it was orderly and we had a little wait time. The X-ray tech was friendly and professional too. I was finished and on my way out the door in under 20 minutes, total time.
