Raleigh General Hospital

Ed was great with my son when we couldn't get his fever under control. Upstairs, nurses Josie, Emma, Caitlyn were amazing. Dr. Marie Frazier was wonderful as well. My son was nowhere near critically sick, but she still checked on him, in person, three times in 8 hours. She listened to our concerns and made sure we understood the plan prior to discharge.

Went to Raleigh General Hospital. Was very sick. I had been up all night. With that being said they gave the most amazing nurse Billy Morgan. He was absolutely incredible and was soooooooo professional !!!!!!!!!! He could tell that I didn’t feel well at all. He still was able to make me laugh and put a smile on my face . When I didn’t even feel like smiling !!!!!! He was top notch. He deserves a raise and promotion. It’s hard to find nurses who actually care now days he was definitely a 10 out of 10

I came to Rayleigh general for my labor and delivery, everyone was absolutely fantastic. The nurses and doctors were perfectly professional, not pushy, and really made me feel listened to. There wasn’t a moment I was worried about them handling my care or my newborns care. I could not recommend this hospital more

I was in the emergency dept a few days ago and had to write a review because the care I received was so exceptional. Due to having chronic illness, I’ve had many trips to the ER for treatment, to the point that I try to avoid it like the plague because I often times would leave feeling worse than when arriving and more like an inconvenience than ever. This was not the case this time. My treatment team went above and beyond for me. I don’t remember much from when I first arrived or even being triaged due to feeling so bad but the way they advocated for answers for me felt personal, as if I was their own family. The actual nurse from this visit deserves 5 stars all around. Jamie in the ER was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. This visit itself, deserves less than one star. After waiting several hours for a CT scan, only for the staff to lie about the reasoning, is far from the quality care this hospital portrays to put out. Far from a negative review from someone who doesn’t understand how things function inside a hospital - our entire family understands that things are busy, and hospitals are chaotic. Radiology staff shouldn’t come in a patients room and tell us they were waiting for the labs to come back; the labs that had already been back for two hours. Radiology might also want to check and make sure the patient ambulates well and offer a wheelchair instead of having their patie
