This appointment was my first with this practice, and I was delighted with the entire team at Appalachian Eye Care. Every step from making the appointment to ordering my new prescription glasses was easy and professional. The staff was welcoming and seemed to take pride in their work. Dr. McKenzie took her time to ensure my glasses would meet my eye care needs. When ordering my new pair of glasses, the associate was very informative but not pushy about the add-ons. Her approach allowed me to make choices that best fit my needs and budget. Thanks!

The best experience I've ever had with an eye doctor office! The receptionist and the sweet lady who helped with picking out my glasses were so great and Dr Mckenzie was INCREDIBLE! Made everything so quick and efficient while being incredibly sweet! The office was so nice and clean, as well! Recommending the rest of my family go see Dr McKenzie and Appalachian eye care!

Dr. McKenzie was quick but thorough. She listened to me and explained everything she was doing and seeing. The staff there were all super awesome! I look forward to going back for my next exam, and highly recommend this office to anyone in the area. Great experience!

I found this visit to be very pleasant. The staff was friendly and informative. Questions were answered to my satisfaction. Additional help was given when needed. I’m a hard fit and Heather was very accommodating in helping me find the fit I needed in frames. Overall I would recommend this place to others as well as return there if needed.

The appointment was made quickly and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and explained what she found during the exam. I found eye frames that I liked and was told the glasses would be ready in two weeks. I am very happy with the whole office visit.
