It's a small place just off the side of the road. If you're not paying attention you could mistake it for someone's home. Looks nice and comfortable in the waiting area and the staff were pleasant.

That Laura! She is one-of-a-kind. Not only does she take the time to truly assess her patient, she takes the time to look at them, smile, relate, and honor their very presence. She treats my aging mother like a queen. She has helped repair and replace hearing aides gnawed by a curious Beagle, squashed hopelessly beneath my foot, and that- so help me - simply vanished! She explains everything in a way that my entire family understands. Dr. Stout clearly understands her profession, to the point that she makes it seem effortless when we know it isn't. I think she really enjoys her job...the clientele...her colleagues...and that makes me enjoy her! As good to the soul that Dr. Laura Stout is, her office manager, Sharon, might outshine her just a little. Just a speck. Sharon is kind, profession

I have been a patient at Greenbrier Audiology for over 15 years. In that time, the staff there has been very helpful - and have exceeded my expectations to ensure my hearing needs were met. Sharon, who checks patients in, is very friendly and professional and always willing to help. Laura, the audiologist, takes time to work with me when doing hearing exams and evaluations. I highly recommend this facility.
