Refused to give patient summary for Dfcs foster youth and told parent summaries have to be purchased. Snatched the summary from nurse that printed it out and said Dfcs need to pay.

Horrible experience. Dr. Kulangara was extremely rude and unprofessional not caring about how he talk to patients. Also was not kind to his staff. DO NOT GO HERE
