Railroad Park Pediatrics

First off, my wife's review was taken down because of the honest experience and review that she left! So allow me to help her bring awareness to others about this office and the staff! She brought my daughter in for a yearly physical and medication refill....She was told her medications were sent to the pharmacy when in fact they were not.... when my wife called to ask why they weren't sent, she was told that they would not be refilled because the doctor that had prescribed them in the past is no longer with the office ( I can totally see why) and that they will not be refilling them, even though the office has refilled them in the past and my daughter has been on them for years. It is a medication she cant go without and will get sick from not taking.... The office didnt care..not o

If I could give 0 stars to this pediatrician's office I would.....I write this while I'm in tears because the office refuses to refill my daughter's long term prescription, filled by the office in the past. I brought my daughter in for a physical and medication refill appt and was told the refill was sent to the pharmacy when it wasn't. When I called the office to ask why it wasn't sent, I was told that the doctor that prescribed it in the past is no longer working there, ( I can totally see why) and that they won't be refilling it even though this is a script that she can't go without and will get sick from not taking!!!! She has been on it for years and needs it!!!! This team is wreckless and careless and it wasn't hard to catch them chasing their tails to cover their lies. I recommend

If I could give it zero stars I would. The service I received this morning over the phone was DESPICABLE. I attempted to cancel an appointment and the guy that answered the phone wouldn’t accept my reason. I said I would call back to reschedule due to a scheduling conflict. He kept saying I needed to reschedule right then and there. He said it was insurance “ policy ” and I needed to bring my child. I will be taking my child to another pediatrics office where they aren’t money hungry. I felt as if I was being forced to attend my appointment. Find somewhere else to go !

Great customer service. Starting from front desk to nursing and Doctors. Fabulous pediatric office. You get same day appointments. You also get to speak to nurses right away. Doctors are available by phone 24/7 365 days a year. Just over all great place for your family.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I will never go back. The front desk staff was respectful and kind, but the doctor’s attitude was terrible. She didn’t listen to my concerns at all. They make you fill out endless paperwork for nothing, because the doctor clearly didn’t even read the documents I brought, including evaluations and reports from other professionals who have assessed my son over the past 8 years. It’s as if she believes she has some kind of special powers and dismissed everything by saying “everything is fine” and “there’s nothing to worry about.” If you truly care about your child’s health, I strongly recommend you go somewhere else.
